Abstract:
The purpose of the present research is to assess the vulnerability of Sofia city in terms of climate change risk for water resources and the possible accompanying risk and consequences for the water sector. An answer is given to the following question: In case of using only the available water resources in the system of Water Supply and Sewerage Company “Iskar”, does a risk exist to repeat the crisis situation in the water supply and the envisaged water consumption which occurred in the period 19901994?Download article
